Simply the best in town and my favorite egg sandwich in the world. Pretty cool historical location as well- I found the interior unique and love the natural light upstairs.

This has been my new go to place to eat breakfast/lunch and do homework. The menu offers a good variety of options. From breakfast sandwiches, to sandwiches, soup, and salads! They also have terrific options for cold beverages in the fridge and coffee as well! The space is very clean and welcoming! This is a place you need to visit!
This is a cute spot for sandwiches. It's a great place to grab lunch. They have a dining room upstairs if you want to eat in or you can get takeout. All the sandwiches are solid choices. I recommend the chicken salad and the turkey bacon cheddar. It's hard to go wrong though. A really great addition to the Farmington dining scene.
Really nice cozy small restaurant that will surprise you with how much space it actually has, looks much smaller from the outside. The food is way above average, definitely getting a good meal. My only recommendation is that I wished like most sandwich shops, you would get a pickle or bag of chips on the side with your meal. This would make me say the price for what you get is definitely worth it, for now it's more of an okayyyy pricing. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming!
This morning I ordered coffee and pastries on Uber Eats. Needless to say I only got my pastry and the delivery driver was unhelpful. I called HBC and they said they had my coffees. I went to the store and they were so friendly, apologetic, and sweet. They even gave me a free pastry for having to drive out of my way. I will def be a returning customer! Thank you HBC!!!
Amazing breakfast sandwiches and friendly service. Had the egg & piggy sandwich, honestly can't recall ever having a better breakfast sandwich... Phenomenal is an understatement. Buddy had the HBC which he had similar feelings about lol... Love the old time feel of the building and Emily was the sweet icing on the cake. Can't go wrong here.
I’ve often driven past Hartford Baking Co and finally had the chance to stop in! It was a great place to catch up with my mother-in-law, with a nice seating area upstairs. They had a great variety of fall specials. I’m not usually a big coffee drinker, but the maple one was nice and sweet to cut the bitterness of the coffee, and I really enjoyed it! My husband loved his cappuccino and my mother-in-law was a fan of the pumpkin iced latte. The pastries were all fresh too. The staff handled the volume of customers well, and they were welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
I love finding beautiful places to enjoy a delicious breakfast accompanied by an excellent coffee and the totally excellent service. Here at Hartford Baking Co everything was delicious 😋. We ordered a chai latte, campfire hot cocoa, Parmesan crusted grilled cheese with tomato jam, tomato basil soup, avocado toast, breakfast burrito and a chocolate croissant. totally recommended friends
